UK-wide Projects | Full-Time | Up to £45,000 – 50,000 + Bonuses OTE 70k + Company Car (Audi E-Tron)
Are you a seasoned electrician ready to lead the charge in the UK's green energy revolution?
We're looking for a Lead Electrician to spearhead our electrical division, delivering cutting-edge EV charging infrastructure across the UK.
This is a senior leadership role within a fast-growing renewable energy company, offering the chance to shape high-profile projects and mentor the next generation of electrical talent.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead all electrical aspects of large-scale EV charging installations (AC & DC, three-phase systems)
* Oversee GRP cabinet builds, cable containment, and distribution board configurations
* Interpret and implement CAD drawings and site plans with precision
* Ensure compliance with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and health & safety standards
* Provide on-site leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to electricians and subcontractors and Apprentices
* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and external contractors for seamless delivery
What You’ll Need
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
* Strong CAD interpretation skills and GRP cabinet experience
* Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior role
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable Extras:
* Proven experience in commercial-scale EV charger installations
* Experience managing subcontractors or site teams
