Behaviour Support Worker | Location: Bath, BA1 | Start Date: ASAP | Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm | Contract: Long-term | Pay: £14.25 per hour
We are looking for enthusiastic and resilient people to join a specialist school in Bath as a full-time Behaviour Support Worker. This role is about building positive relationships with Key Stage 3 students with SEMH, autism and learning disabilities, helping them regulate emotions, manage behaviour and stay engaged in learning. You’ll bring energy, patience and consistency – showing young people that with the right support, they can thrive.

Students follow tailored learning programmes that focus on building confidence, independence and life skills as well as academic progress. Qualifications and attributes
* Experience is helpful, but not essential; personality, resilience and motivation to support vulnerable young people are key.
* Open to applicants from backgrounds such as sports coaching, graduate roles, youth work or support work who are passionate about making a difference.
* Ability to engage with and support pupils in a school setting; reliable, patient and committed to safeguarding.
