Site Supervisor : Groundworks / Civil Engineering
Crawley/West Sussex and surrounding areas
Im currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in groundworks and civil engineering.
Projects include : 278 works, industrial parks, retail parks, agricultural buildings and civil engineering schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well:established contractor delivering challenging projects across the West Sussex region, with individual project values up to GBP5m.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing on:site operations across foundations, drainage, earthworks and external works packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Youll be working in a fast:paced environment, coordinating closely with engineers, quantity surveyors and key stakeholders to maintain programme, quality and compliance standards.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar groundworks/civils role
* Proven experience delivering projects up to GBP3m
* Strong programme management capability
* Background in foundations, drainage, earthworks and external works
* SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalent)
* Up:to:date knowledge of H and S and industry compliance
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
