Our client is looking for an experienced General Manager who has experience in running energised restaurants offering quality food is a fast casual experience.
So what does the role as General Manager involve?
As General Manager, you will need to build and manage the relationships with your team. We are looking for someone with lots of passion, energy and drive, someone who can engage with their teams, offer coaching and support and drive the business through its people.
You will have full accountability for the P&L in your area, providing support and guidance to your managers to maximise the profit and opportunities for the business.
You will manage the performance of your team to deliver the highest brand standards and customer service in a fast paced environment, delivering operational excellence in everything you do both externally and internally.
