Position Summary:
We're seeking a part-time remote administrative assistant to help manage essential administrative tasks, support scheduling, handle customer communication, and keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a flexible role ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms
* Schedule appointments and manage the work calendar
* Communicate with plumbing technicians and relay job details
* Invoice clients and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
* Maintain records of jobs, customer interactions, and inventory
* Assist with ordering supplies and coordinating deliveries
* Other general admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable using cloud-based tools like Google Workspace, scheduling software, and invoicing platforms
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable internet connection and home office setup
* Experience in the trades or plumbing industry is a plus, but not required
Hours & Flexibility:
This role requires approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. Some availability during business hours is preferred for handling calls and coordinating with team members.
