Essential Criteria: Two years experience within the last five years of working in a caretaking, facilities or maintenance role or equivalent NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a building maintenance / engineering maintenance / building services maintenance or equivalent OR time served in a relevant trade Previous experience of co-ordinating different workstreams within an environment with competing priorities.
