This role forms part of the Senior Management Team within Sequence’s extensive UK branch network, a great time to join us as we continue to grow and invest in our people. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading, coaching, and developing your teams to ensure high performance across all branches. Maximising employee engagement through proactive recruitment, action planning, and retention strategies. Driving financial performance, monitoring key business indicators, and ensuring income targets are met. Taking decisive action to improve underperforming branches. Expanding market share through strategic business growth initiatives. What We’re Looking For: A proven leader with experience building and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused professional with a track record of success in estate agency, retail, or a service-driven industry.
