This is a fantastic opportunity to support the onboarding and compliance processes across multiple countries within EMEA.
🔧 The Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, with a strong focus on right-to-work and work authorization processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing right-to-work verification across multiple countries
* Supporting onboarding activities (case management, documentation, queries)
* Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems
* Handling complex work authorization cases
* Acting as a subject matter expert within the team
* Supporting process improvements and documentation updates
🧠What We’re Looking For
* Experience in HR Operations / Shared Services / Onboarding
* Strong knowledge of work authorization / right-to-work processes
* Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management
* Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
