We combine storytelling, social growth, influencer integration and content production with deep category knowledge across health, wellness, fitness and beauty.  The Role We’re hiring a growth-minded social media operator who can consistently create and publish high-performing short-form content (including AI-assisted 15s videos) and run targeted influencer outreach/UGC workflows. This role is hands-on and execution-led, with clear performance expectations. Key Responsibilities 1) Short-Form Content Production (core) • Own weekly content output across 3 client brands 1 house account • Create ~11–12 pieces of content/week (Reels/TikToks/shorts-style) • Produce 15–60 second edits (with emphasis on ~15s performance creatives) • Use AI tools (e.g., AI video generation, AI captions/edits) to increase speed and volume while keeping quality high • Write captions that sell benefits clearly, remain on-brand, and stay compliant (no over-claiming) 2) Social Growth & Optimisation • Build content around hooks, retention and shareability (not vanity posting) • Track performance weekly (watch time, retention, saves, shares, CTR where applicable) • Run light A/B testing (hooks, formats, CTAs) and iterate based on results • Provide a concise monthly performance summary per brand with next-month recommendations 3) Influencer Outreach & UGC Coordination • Source relevant micro/mid creators for each brand • Run outreach (DM/email), manage follow-ups, and coordinate gifting/collabs • Brief creators on angles/USPs and desired deliverables • Track deliverables, deadlines, and basic usage permissions • Integrate influencer content into the social calendar 4) Planning & Collaboration • Create and maintain a simple content calendar and delivery schedule • Trend scanning (TikTok/Reels) and rapid adaptation for supplement brands • Work closely with the SF Media team (and clients) on approvals, revisions, and brand tone • Keep workflows organised (asset libraries, templates, trackers) What We’re Looking For Essential • Proven experience managing social content for brands (portfolio required) • Strong instincts for short-form performance (hooks, pacing, retention) • Confident with AI-assisted creation and editing (CapCut/Runway/Pika or similar) • Able to juggle multiple brands without quality dropping • Commercial mindset: understands that content should drive outcomes (awareness → trust → sales) Desirable • Experience in supplements / wellness / fitness / beauty content and audiences • Influencer/UGC workflows (gifting, briefs, usage rights) • Basic paid social understanding (helping with creative testing/support) What Success Looks Like (first 60–90 days) • Posting cadence achieved across all accounts • Noticeable improvement in watch time/engagement consistency • Repeatable formats established per brand (education, ingredient-led, lifestyle, trend-led) • Influencer pipeline producing usable UGC monthly • Clear reporting and proactive ideas (not waiting to be told what to do)
