We are seeking a proactive and experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is a pivotal role supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce through expert clinical input, policy guidance, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
 * Represent the Occupational Health Service at relevant meetings and committees, providing specialist clinical advice.
 * Actively contribute to a positive team culture within Occupational Health and the wider organisation.
 * Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 * Provide expert guidance to staff and managers on employment policies, including sickness absence, equality and diversity, reasonable adjustments, and workplace wellbeing.
 * Lead on the analysis and reporting of customer satisfaction data to inform service improvements.
 * Develop and monitor Occupational Health activity data to support performance reporting and service efficiency.
 * Ensure service delivery meets Key Performance Indicators and contractual obligations.
 * Deliver health surveillance programmes in line with statutory and organisational requirements.
 * Support and participate in healthy workplace initiatives and wellbeing campaigns.
 * Manage mass vaccination programmes and outbreak management efforts.
