The service supports adults with learning disabilities and autism across supported living homes, outreach and community settings.
The Role
This role is specifically based within theSupported Living team, but there are also opportunities, depending on your skills and knowledge to expand your skills and experience in other areas of the service, should you so wish.
Youll encourage independence, deliver person-centred support and help service users live fulfilling lives both at home and in the community.
