Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dealer Support Manager - North, field based with some work-from-home flexibility. The Dealer Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining regular customer contact for dealer partners based from the Midlands to Scotland, providing support, delivering ongoing training, and regular review meetings. The role involves promoting new product and services opportunities to new and existing clients, and managing the roll out of our updated procurement portal in Q4 2025.
Qualifications
* Customer Contact, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
* Analytical Skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Minimum five years automotive industry experience
* Exceptional IT literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
* Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
