Our mission is to transform lives through learning, advocating for inclusivity and diversity at every stage.\n\nAbout the role\n\nWorking for our subsidary company Sparks Managed Services, Customer Services Assistants work as part of a team to provide professional, friendly, high quality and efficient service to the college’s students, staff and visitors. Customer service assistants are accountable to the Catering Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace. \n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\nHelping to prepare and serve food\n\nOperating a till\n\nTable clearing\n\nDishwashing\n\nCleaning of large- and small-scale equipment\nFrom time-to-time these responsibilities may be reviewed so that they evolve as part of the college’s strategic growth and success.
