The roles and responsibilities of the Deputy Store Manager include:
* Supporting the Store Manager with sales performance monitoring
* Assist the Store Manager with recruitment and holiday planning
* Communicating financial targets and updates to the team
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and legal obligations
* Coach and developing the team members to build new skills
* Managing stock and processing deliveries efficiently
