About the role: As our Commercial Assistant, you will work alongside our Commercial team, providing professional task-based support and taking on specific actions and independent workload on behalf of other members of the team. Your key responsibilities as our Commercial Assistant will include: • Liaising with other functions within the business to manage the flow of information in line with agreed deadlines and timelines, acting as lead on behalf of the team for transfer of information between internal and external parties, resolving issues and escalating to line management where required. • Assist in the management of project timelines – including ensuring receipt of information, checking for quality and auditing intended distribution, escalating issues where required. • Support the Commercial team with independent delivery of key tasks and reporting wherever required and provide ongoing support to external parties as a key point of contact and reference. What we’re looking for in our Commercial Assistant : • Previous experience within a similar role. • Excellent communication skills. • Well organised with a strong focus on attention to detail. • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
