This role is initially WFH while you build the branches hours, then transition into a branch after 6 months.
Expected experience
* A minimum of 2 years of business development experience within healthcare
* At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
* The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
* Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs
* Organized with strong attention to detail
* Previous experience within healthcare is desirable but not essential
* A personable individual who enjoys developing relationships with staff and clients
