About the Role:
A leading global professional services firm is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join their team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven HR professional to provide comprehensive operational support across various business groups, partnering closely with managers and supporting firm-wide people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for operational HR support across assigned business groups and EME offices
2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and address people-related needs
3. Manage new joiner onboarding, inductions, and exit processes
4. Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues
5. Support and manage flexible working requests, family leave, and secondments
6. Contribute to policy development and ensure compliance with HR best practice and GDPR
7. Work on HR projects and initiatives to support strategic objectives
