Keep students focused, engaged, and behaving appropriately
*
Manage classroom behaviour using the school’s policies

Report back to the appropriate staff on pupil progress and behaviour

Be a positive role model, encouraging a respectful and inclusive learning environment

A proactive, adaptable attitude
