ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic entry point into recruitment, focused on the administrative and coordination side of the hiring process. You’ll support experienced Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers with day‑to‑day recruitment administration, candidate coordination, and system management.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience in recruitment processes, data management, compliance, and candidate support — all while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal if you enjoy organisation, accuracy, and supporting others behind the scenes, and want exposure to the recruitment industry.
What You’ll Be Doing 💼📑
Recruitment Administration Support
Assist with posting job adverts to job boards and internal systems
Update and maintain candidate records accurately in the CRM/ATS
Manage inboxes, candidate documentation, and recruitment paperworkCandidate Coordination
Schedule interviews and calls between candidates and consultants
Ensure candidates have all relevant information ahead of interviews
Act as a point of contact for basic candidate queries throughout the processCompliance & Documentation
Support with onboarding administration, including right‑to‑work checks and compliance documentsProcess & System Management
Maintain organised recruitment files and trackers
Support pipeline reporting and general recruitment data accuracy
Assist with internal reporting and ad‑hoc administrative tasksTeam Support
Provide day‑to‑day admin support to the recruitment and account management teams
Help ensure recruitment processes run efficiently and on time
