SEN TA – The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs across EYFS and KS1. You will provide targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions, assist with emotional regulation, and promote engagement in learning. The role involves adapting resources, implementing support plans, monitoring progress, and helping pupils develop independence, communication, and social skills within the classroom environment.
