We’re looking for a Legacy Administration Assistant to join our Legacies team. Some of the benefits Salary: £24,242 - £28,520 per annum (dependent on experience) Flexible working 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Competitive pension scheme Life assurance Health and dental cashplan Your role As a Legacy Administration Assistant, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas: To analyse process and post data in an accurate and timely manner To perform general administrative tasks such as distributing post, filing and photocopying To handle and post sensitive personal data relating to supporters, their families and others To scan all incoming mail and documents onto the correct case in FirstClass, our legacy administration system, in a timely and accurate manner To process and allocate all legacy income accurately To provide telephone cover for the legacy department as required To maintain a good understanding of all tasks undertaken in your section To engage with other areas within the RNLI to assist with the promotion of Legacy understanding within the organisation and the promotion of legacy giving among supporters and the general public. To become involved in other ad hoc tasks as required. This role supports the rest of the Legacies team, the case handlers and managers and is vital to ensuring the workflow of the department. Attention to detail and accuracy is of paramount importance in recording our benefactor’s details on First Class, our legacy administration system.
