What You Will Do: Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for stroke, neurological, and complex condition patients. Use well-developed clinical reasoning to select appropriate assessment methods and establish accurate prognoses. Develop and agree SMART goals and treatment outcomes with patients, ensuring informed consent. Deliver a wide range of specialist neuro treatment techniques based on clinical evidence and professional experience. Ensure safe use and maintenance of treatment equipment and guide non-qualified staff where required. Produce clear written exercise programmes and patient information for home use, supporting carers and assistants. Provide clinical guidance and informal support to junior physiotherapists and colleagues. Requirements: HCPC registration is essential. Minimum 2 years' neuro-physiotherapy experience required. Driving licence preferable but not essential.
