We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded franchised car dealership in Brighton for the position of Service Advisor. Benefits of the Service Advisor position:
1. Competitive basic salary of £29,500 per annum, negotiable based on experience
2. Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of up to £38,000
3. Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
4. One in four Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (retail work only, no workshop technicians involved)
5. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with additional holiday entitlement based on service length

Duties of the Service Advisor:
7. Deliver outstanding customer service maintaining high standards and professionalism
8. Manage service bookings efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing
9. Upsell service plans, warranties, and additional customer needs
10. Handle paperwork processing and auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance
11. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business
12. Drive sales and profit growth through effective communication and upselling
13. Uphold the dealership’s professional image and uphold quality standards
Requirements for the Service Advisor position:
14. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a prestige or franchised dealership is preferred
15. Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
16. A professional and friendly approach to customers and team members
17. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
18. Basic Motor Trade knowledge and sales capabilities
19. Familiarity with Power DMS and RTC systems is advantageous
20. Motivated to develop within the automotive industry and achieve targets
