We are currently seeking experienced Administrative Officers to provide essential clerical and administrative support in a busy healthcare environment. You will assist with the smooth running of the office, supporting clinical and managerial teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
* Answer and manage phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and manual.
* Input and update data on computer systems, including patient or departmental databases.
* Type letters, reports, and other correspondence as required.
* Arrange appointments, schedule meetings, and manage room bookings.
* Assist with the preparation and collation of reports and statistics.
* Provide cross-cover for other administrative staff as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* 4 GCSEs at Grades A–C (including English) or equivalent qualification
* 1 year of administrative experience
