This may be your first leadership post, or you may be experienced, either way, we will support you to ensure that Geography is a very high performing subject when compared nationally. You will be somebody who can enthuse students and staff and is always 'banging the drum' for Geography and its importance in the curriculum. You will be a superb teacher with high expectations of what children can and, under your leadership, will achieve. You will be a good communicator, have a strong moral purpose and you'll need to be fully committed to our cause: outstanding learning through a strong knowledge based curriculum supported by clear pedagogy, consistent routines and ultimately our students' high aspirations.
