Apprentice Shift Engineer

40 hours a week (5/7 days a week Flexibility is required)
Day release to obtain a Property Maintenance qualification.

Responsibilities
* General building repairs
* Minor electrical work
* Painting
* Carpentry work
* Outdoor landscaping and grounds maintenance
* Testing and monitoring the BMS
* Supervising contractors where necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
* Genuine interest in gaining experience as a Shift Engineer or in general maintenance.
* Studying some form of maintenance/service course at college.
* Willingness to roll up sleeves and work hard; training and support will be provided.
* Attendance at college one day a week to obtain a Property Maintenance qualification.
* Flexible, adaptable with a can‑do attitude; ability to prioritise workload and handle potential emergency situations.
* Team player, comfortable speaking to guests and colleagues across the business.
