We are hiring a culturally sharp, detail-driven Social Media Manager to lead the organic social strategy and day-to-day execution across premium Fashion and Alcohol brands within an award-winning social and influencer agency.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to build aspiration, desirability and cultural relevance whether that's through fashion storytelling, lifestyle positioning, or premium drinks moments.
You will own the social presence across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms, ensuring every piece of content is platform-native, trend-aware and commercially aligned.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Strategy & Planning
Developing and executing organic social strategies aligned to brand, seasonal and commercial objectives.
Building monthly content calendars informed by fashion cycles, cultural moments, launch schedules and consumer behaviour.
Translating brand positioning into distinctive social-first narratives.
Content & Publishing
Owning day-to-day publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
Selecting, editing and adapting brand assets, UGC and creator content to ensure it feels native and culturally relevant.
Writing captions that reflect tone of voice while driving engagement and conversion.
Briefing and collaborating with creative, influencer and production teams to deliver standout content.
Campaign & Launch Execution
Planning and running organic social campaigns around product launches, seasonal drops, collaborations and experiential activations.
Supporting influencer amplification moments and ensuring social and creator output are aligned.
Managing reactive content around cultural events, fashion weeks, festivals and key calendar moments.
Community & Brand Presence
Leading community management, responding to comments and DMs in brand voice.
Monitoring sentiment and escalating issues where required.
Building brand loyalty through proactive audience engagement.
Performance & Optimisation
Tracking and analysing KPIs including engagement rate, reach, growth, saves, CTR and conversion.
Producing clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Adjusting content direction based on performance, platform updates and trend shifts.
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience as a Social Media Manager (agency or brand side).
Experience working within Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle, Alcohol or Premium Consumer Brands.
Strong understanding of cultural trends, aesthetics and aspirational brand positioning.
Confident managing high-volume posting while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Experience integrating organic strategy with paid social activity.
Comfortable using analytics tools, scheduling platforms and creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut etc).
Able to shoot static and video content on a phone where required.
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
