SENIOR HR ASSISTANT
STOKE ON TRENT
PART TIME 20 HOURS / WEEK MON-FRI (TIMES FLEXIBLE)
PERMANENT
£16 PER HOUR
THE ROLE
Solely responsible for HR function
Working closely with department managers / team leaders and employees
Filing and maintaining files and information in line with GDPR
Recruitment, vetting candidates, organising interviews and issuing starter packs
Setting up new employees on SAGE and liaising with payroll, conducting RTW checks and new contracts
Dealing with absences, disciplinaries and investigations
Liaising with external agencies, sending timesheets, checking invoices and forwarding for payment
Produce training certificates and working with H&S Manager to ensure all documentation is up to date
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience within a similar HR role
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
Knowledge of Sage systems preferable
CIPD Level 3 qualifications would be advantageous
Applicants should be aware that this company has set holidays in line with key customers that need to be adhered to.
