About The Role

As a Regional Service Engineer, you'll be based at your local service centre, traveling to different locations to maintain and repair all Powered Access equipment within our range, providing onsite service to customers. This includes identifying and documenting machine damage and maintaining accurate service and maintenance records. Effective communication is crucial to keep your Line Manager and Customers informed as needed.
You will work alongside colleagues as a great team player, taking pride in your workplace and ensuring high standards are maintained while adhering to company procedures and processes.

To succeed as a Regional Service Engineer, you should have:
* Experience maintaining Powered Access and Plant equipment
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexibility and self-motivation, willing to undertake training and occasional overnight stays
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
* Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* A valid driving license with no more than 6 points
