* Salary: £27,885 per annum + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: This job is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work various shifts between Monday and Sunday. Rota schedules are provided monthly or weekly depending on your team.

Role Overview
As part of ASDA Travel Money, you'll be on-site at a busy ASDA store, helping thousands of customers with foreign exchange. Our goal is to be the preferred provider by offering detailed advice and outstanding service. We need team members who can help us achieve this vision.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Mentor and train team members to maintain high service standards.
3. Review customer feedback and service levels to improve processes.
4. Engage with customers for foreign exchange transactions.
5. Achieve performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
6. Process daily FX requests and deliveries accurately.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements

Interview Process
1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition or Bureau Manager.
2. Online interview including a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit the bureau to meet the Area Manager and see the environment.
4. Job offer if successful; feedback provided if not.
