Now we're looking for a
Performance Data Analyst
to help us make smarter decisions. Someone who doesn't just build dashboards but actually digs into the data, connects the dots, and tells us what matters. You'll be working on everything from campaign funnels and customer profiles to offline outcomes and attribution across TV and radio.
What we're looking for
You'll need a solid technical toolkit —
Python and SQL are non-negotiable
— plus a head for commercial impact. Day to day you'll:
* Analyse the full journey from ad spend → sign-ups → verified results
* Merge and clean data from multiple sources, spotting the stories behind the numbers
* Use historical customer data to shape targeting and segmentation
* Attribute results across digital, TV, radio and events
* Share insights in plain, straightforward language with the senior team
What you'll bring
* Strong
Python
and
SQL
skills (Pandas, NumPy, joins, large datasets)
* Experience working with marketing or customer data
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
* BI tools (PowerBI, Looker, Grafana, or similar)
* A commercial mindset — not just reporting what happened, but showing why it matters
