We're seeking a Bar Manager near Southampton to join an exciting new bar and wine venture opening in Early May. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing a diverse team while gaining experience across multiple sites in a stunning Lymington setting in the New Forest.

Key Responsibilities: As Bar Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering a top-quality guest experience:
* Support team supervision, training, and scheduling reporting to the General Manager
* Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries
* Assist with wine recommendations and product knowledge
* Oversee stock control and supplier deliveries
* Support cash handling, reporting, and cost management
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety regulations
* Assist with opening/closing and service as required
What we're looking for: We're seeking someone ready to lead and inspire:
* Previous hospitality or bar management/supervisor experience
* Knowledge of wine and its pairings and origins (Or a passion to learn)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Passion for wine and delivering excellent customer service
* Ability to thrive in a busy environment
