You love conveyancing, being busy and lots of client contact but you are less keen on having to work to tight billable hour and fee targets. Don't get me wrong, you are of course commercially aware, but you know how much moving house means to your clients and working hard for them and delivering exceptional service is what you are about and because of that your fees take care of themselves. This is a busy, very successful, friendly and supportive team. I can say this with confidence as I have placed many of the team in their roles.
