People & Change Consultant
The Opportunity
We are working with a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation across its people, operating model and organisational capability agenda. As part of this growth, we are seeking ambitious and motivated People & Change professionals to join a high-performing internal transformation team.
This is a broad, delivery-focused role offering exposure to strategic and operational change initiatives across multiple sectors. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead defined workstreams, and contribute to shaping how organisations design, develop and support their people through change.
The role offers genuine autonomy, progression and the opportunity to lead challenging, high-impact projects while building a long-term and sustainable career within a growing function.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support people and change initiatives from project initiation through to delivery and close
* Engage and manage senior stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of change programmes
* Work directly with organisations to design and implement change management solutions
* Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and client-ready materials
* Ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
* Contribute to the preparation of proposals, tenders and pitches for new work
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks and outcomes
Experience & Technical Capability
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Operating model and organisational design and implementation
* HR strategy and workforce planning, including HR maturity assessments and operating models
* HR transformation design and delivery, including exposure to leading HR technologies (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Anaplan)
* Learning and development programme design and delivery
Experience working with large or complex organisations is essential. Exposure to Financial Services, Public Sector or Healthcare environments would be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
* 4–10 years’ relevant experience in a transformation, HR or people-focused role
* Strong written capability, with experience producing structured reports and senior-level presentations
* Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence engaging with C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
