3 Month Initial Contract
We're recruiting for x4 Customer Service Advisors to start a 3 month initial contract with the possibility to be offered a perm contract to possible candidates after the 3 months.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to customers across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver first-class service and support to customers, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and effectively.
* Manage inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media queries.
* Provide accurate information and solutions, reassuring customers and resolving issues quickly.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* A proactive and customer-first attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Previous customer service experience (not essential, but desirable).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to customer needs.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday: 9am – 8pm
* Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 6pm
* Rotational shifts including some late shifts: 11am – 8pm
