Overview
As an Account Manager you will be working within the Food & Water Industry for the UK & Ireland sales organisation, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and securing end user sales within the fluid handling & heat transfer products, engaging with key end users and client network.

Key responsibilities
* Following established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval fluid handling and heat transfer products.
* Develop and manage leads & opportunities, to establish and grow your business pipeline, ensure quotes are delivered on time from the P&A team and follow up
* Being active in the market and focusing on securing visits, meetings and interactions with customers, focusing on customer needs whilst understanding and highlighting our value proposition.
* Providing support including trouble shooting / claim management to our customers
* Deliver or facilitate training together with the local and central organisation
* Supporting new products launches and initiatives coming into the market.
* Building strong internal relationships and liaising with other departments (both locally and within the group) technical and customer support, marketing, operations, finance and logistics.
* Scout and develop new end user customers base and set them up into our systems when applicable
Key knowledge
* Solid understanding of fluid handling, fluid hygienic or heat transfer products
* Have a good understanding of market and trends
