Role Overview
We are looking for experienced paraplanners to work closely with our financial advisers and client support teams. You will research, analyse market trends and produce report writing that supports clients and advisers alike. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to work independently, a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality financial research and advice.
Responsibilities
* Prepare recommendations and review clients’ finances on an annual basis, assessing exposure to risk and updating financial strategy to reflect changing circumstances.
* Conduct research on clients’ financial planning arrangements, both existing and recommended, to ensure objectives are met.
* Undertake investment portfolio analysis, including asset allocation analysis in line with clients’ stated risk appetite.
* Compile investment, pension and protection illustrations, projections and associated documentation.
* Write technical and accurate suitability reports and client service agreement letters.
* Ensure client files comply with FCA regulations and internal policy and procedures.
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
* Research on clients’ financial planning arrangements.

Qualifications
* Secure a number of your financial planning (R0) qualifications and be progressing to complete the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
* Minimum of two years experience in a paraplanning role.
* Strong technical knowledge and deep understanding of financial planning.
* Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
* Teamwork and collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
