Job Duties:
1. Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons to students
2. Assess and evaluate students' physical abilities
3. Develop and implement appropriate PE curriculum
4. Organise and oversee sports activities and events
5. Provide feedback to students and parents on progress
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Specialism in Physical Education
8. Knowledge of relevant curriculum and assessment frameworks
Education:
9. Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
10. Proven experience teaching Physical Education
11. Experience working with children and young adults
Knowledge and Skills:
12. Strong understanding of sports and fitness principles
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to motivate and inspire students
Preferred Qualifications:
15. Postgraduate qualification in Education or Physical Education
16. First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
17. Work in a school setting with classroom and outdoor activities
18. Interact with students, parents, and other teaching staff
19. Potential involvement in extracurricular sports clubs and events
