Clinical Negligence Solicitor Location: Cheshire (Remote/Hybrid Working) Salary: DOE + Benefits + Bonus + Flexible Hours/Working A highly reputable UK law firm are currently looking for experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join the department. This firm prides itself on their flexible working, great culture and award winning team. The successful candidate will have previous experience handling their own caseload of pre and post litigation work from inception to trial, whilst assisting other team members when needed. The role will include: Handling own caseload independently Assisting other members off staff when needed Time recording Obtaining relevant medical evidence and following up medical records/medical conditions Drafting correspondence Negotiating settlement, and coordinating this with all internal and external parties Issue and service of proceedings This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a reputable, award winning firm that is committed to internal growth and an enjoyable working culture.
