If you are a Company Secretarial Assistant with experience working in a regulated, financial services organisation, seeking a new position with growth and development opportunities, this could be the role for you.
Working as part of a lean, growing function, this position will assist the Company Secretary with a full remit of governance work.
Role responsibilities:
* Assisting the Company Secretary and Senior Assistant Company Secretary with a full remit of Company Secretarial and Governance work
* Ownership of the KYC Compliance filings
* Attending and taking minutes at Committee Meetings
* Assisting the Company Secretary and Senior Assistant Company Secretary with project work including The Annual Report, the AGM, statutory compliance, stakeholder management, organisation of the board and committee meetings.
* Maintaining/ overseeing UK and non-UK corporate regulatory filings.
* Maintaining company records and registers.
* Supporting the onboarding of new agency partners.
* Supporting the establishment and alignment of procedures and policies to conform with UK and non-UK jurisdictional requirements.
Experience required:
* 1-2 years of experience as a Trainee Company Secretary / Company Secretarial Assistant
* Experience working in Financial Services
* Experience with minute taking
* Experience assisting the Company Secretary with statutory compliance
