Contribute as part of a multi-skilled team to deliver an efficient and effective Environmental Service within our communities, supporting the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council’s key objectives. These objectives align with the East Ayrshire Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.

The Individual
This is a full-time, temporary position until 1st July 2027, based at Western Road Depot, Kilmarnock. The work hours are 35 per week, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm, and Friday, 9am-4pm.
The salary range is £34,453 - £37,365 per annum. The work style is ‘Flexible’, with 50-79% of time spent in the office. Employees may work at different locations, including occasional home working or external appointments 1-2 days per week.
