Assistant Site Manager – Worcestershire
We’re a growing, design-led housebuilder focused on creating sustainable, high-quality homes and communities across the Midlands and South of England. We’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a traditional build housing development in Worcestershire.

The Role:
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site, helping to ensure that build programmes are met safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth site operations and deliver homes we can all be proud of.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in managing the build programme to meet deadlines and targets
*
Monitoring site safety, quality and compliance
*
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to specification
*
Supporting material orders and deliveries
*
Maintaining site records and assisting with inspections
*
Promoting a positive, proactive site culture
About You:
*
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or a strong background as a Site Supervisor/Foreman
*
Experience on traditional build housing sites
*
Good understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates preferred
