• Client’s Global Technology & Enterprise Platforms (GTEP) is a key technology division of client, providing critical infrastructure solutions and support to the bank globally and employing approximately 2000 full-time employees and contractors, across 15 countries.
• The team is seeking a Technical Analyst and the primary purpose of this role is to plan, design, develop, and implement Entra ID, and integrate cloud applications, hybrid devices, and users. It is expected that the individual has technical working experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and PowerShell scripting.

Typical Day in Role:
• Responsible for the creation of test plan, test strategy, manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with various teams to come up with optimal patching solution and work with global team to implement global framework to standardize tools, process and technology related to authentication and security.
• Provide consultation for Entra ID and various integrations with Entra ID.
• Reporting to Director, Global Platform Engineering.
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
• 10+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst.
• 5+ years of technical working experience with Entra ID, ADFS, Azure AD Connect.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with creating and running PowerShell scripts.
• 3-5+ years of technical working experience with troubleshooting Microsoft technologies Azure AD, including Group Policies, Authentications, MFA.
• 2-3+ years of writing technical documentations and test plans.
• Develop and implement test plans and test scripts; as well as document server changes.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Microsoft Office 365 experience.
• Technical certification in Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with device management (Intune) and mobile device management.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors.
• Readily accept responsibility and demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment in order to help others to understand & update systems configuration documents and technical specification.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
Best vs. Average Candidate:

• Previous experience in completing migration from single solutions ADFS to Entra ID in a largescale deployment.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities are also important, as they will be working closely with other teams within the Bank.
Education:
• Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related IT field required.
