We are recruiting! The role: Digital Health Records Supervisor (Band 4). The Department: Digital Health Records. We are seeking a Digital Health Records Supervisor who is detail-oriented, digitally proficient, and passionate about working for the NHS, to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in the digitisation of patient records.

Responsibilities
* To support the Digital Health Records Team Leader in the day to day management of the Trust’s Digital Health Records department.
* Promoting and ensuring all Digital Health Records are managed to the required data quality standards.
* To be responsible for the daily staffing resources in order to provide the variety of tasks relating to paper and electronic patient Health Records for the Trust, which will include the pulling and preparation of patient Health Records to ensure that they are in the correct format for scanning.
