The Role:
As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the classroom teacher with day-to-day activities.
Work with small groups or individual pupils to assist their learning.
Help prepare learning materials and set up classrooms.
Provide additional support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges.
Supervise students during non-classroom activities, including lunch and break times.
Requirements:
A genuine interest in working with children and young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students and staff.
[Desirable] Experience working with children or in an educational setting (formal or informal).
[Desirable] GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
