Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a large, well-established SEN provision to recruit an experienced SEN Teacher to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Position: SEN Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
* Location: Ystrad Mynach
* Start Date: September 2026
* Pay Rate: £172.98 per day
* Availability: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

The Role
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs
* Support learners in achieving both academic and personal development outcomes
* Work collaboratively with SEN support staff, therapists, and senior leadership
* Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
* Implement and review EHCP targets effectively
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience working as an SEN Teacher, ideally within KS3 and KS4
* Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
