A bit about the job
You’ll join our Executive Reward team, supporting senior colleagues up to Group Executive Committee level. Your role will focus on three key areas:
Managing complex casework – including package calculations, benchmarking, and buyouts/guarantees.
Leading preparations for the Aviva Group Remuneration Committee – drafting papers, preparing updates, and coordinating meetings.
Delivering Reward projects – from annual reviews to reporting and analysis.
This is a chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and make an impact on how we shape executive pay at Aviva.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
Previous experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits, with an interest in Executive Reward.
Exposure to large corporate or financial services environments.
Excellent stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging up to ExCo level.
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Excel.

Salary: National Circa £50,000, London Circa £60,000 (depending on skills and experience)
