Your responsibilities include:
* Providing positive role modeling to uphold Grandir UK values
* Ensuring equal access and opportunities for all staff, parents, and children
* Supervising and supporting children at all times
* Contributing to a welcoming environment
* Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
* Reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures
* Adhering to updates in policies and practices within the required timescales
* Ensuring nursery practices meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
* Reporting concerns regarding policies and practices to your line manager
* Maintaining a positive attitude and confidentiality
* Attending staff meetings and training sessions as required
