Description Office & Facilities Administrator Location : Devonport Employment type: Permanent Part-Time (15 hours per week) Salary : $72,300 (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging About the role We're seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Office and Facilities Administrator to help ensure the smooth daily running of our Devonport office. This is a part-time, morning-only role (15 hours per week), with work hours from 8:30am/9:00am start until 11:30am/12:00pm finish, Monday to Friday. You’ll be responsible for mail, supplies, fleet and contractor coordination, office access, and general support that keeps our office functioning effectively. Key duties include: Managing mail operations and ordering office supplies Maintaining kitchen areas and organising contractor access Managing office access cards and supporting archiving/document storage Coordinating local vehicle servicing with the national fleet team Supporting the national Facilities and Procurement team as needed View the Position Description here. About the team The Finance & Risk group provides essential financial stewardship and risk management to support Housing Choices Australia’s long-term sustainability and growth. It manages budgeting, financial reporting, treasury operations, and strategic financial planning, ensuring robust financial health and resource optimisation. This group strategically addresses financial risks and opportunities, safeguarding the organisation's capacity to deliver on its purpose effectively. Skills And Experiences About you You’re a great communicator with strong organisation skills and an eye for detail. You’re happy to be the go-to person who keeps things moving behind the scenes. Experience in office admin, customer service, or facilities support Comfortable managing supplies, emails, systems and physical tasks A friendly, proactive team player with good time management Comfortable using Microsoft Office Current driver’s licence You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
