Superior Healthcare is recruiting experienced Senior Community Healthcare Support Workers to support paediatric clients across Mid and West Kent. This is a rewarding night‑shift role working with children who have complex clinical needs within their family homes.
The Role
You will be supporting paediatric clients living with a range of complex healthcare needs, including:
* Tracheostomy care
* Ventilation support
* Seizure management
Your role will focus on ensuring each child is safe, comfortable, and supported to live a fulfilled and happy life while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

o Cars and dinosaurs

o Outdoor activities, such as feeding chickens
What We’re Looking For

* Clear and confident communication skills
* Ability to work calmly and professionally in the family home environment
Essential Experience
* Hands-on experience with:
o Tracheostomy care
o Ventilation support
o Seizure management
Driving Requirement
* Must be aged 25 or over
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Confident driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
Shifts & Pay
* Night shifts only
* 4 shifts on / 4 shifts off rolling rota
* Hourly rate: £17.25 – £19.55
Pre-Employment Checks
* Enhanced DBS check
* 3 years’ continuous referencing

* Minimum 6 months’ experience in a caring role
* Paediatric care experience

* Ability to work calmly and professionally in the family home environment
